Snippet Of A Day In My Life

Day 4 D Dodge |
We play like crazy. I am weird and my kids love crazy and weird. So one of the easiest game I could devise was to throw things at each other and run like maniac in the house. This is something that we do almost daily and this is one of the reasons why our kids' bedroom looks war struck.
So when was the last time you really let go and did something crazy? Don't you feel more alive just by letting go?

When was the last time? Hmmm... You might think with my kids now grown young men it must have been ages back? Oh no. But actually it was only a few seconds back that Madcap Luci and I (okay, I am one too) chased each other round and round the room. ;) We do various versions of that on a daily basis :D
ReplyDeleteI need to hide away this post or my kids are going to adopt you JM. Come to think of it.. would like to adopt a 40 something kid? You're a dream mum.

ReplyDeleteYou sound like fun. Can I come and play too?
ReplyDeleteParenting in a way that's true to your name, eh? :) Lucky kids you have there!
ReplyDeletehehehe what a lovely mom...it reminds me of a gujju household where every sound of children throwing and breaking something is met with "tara baap ni dukaan che ne kaach ni, thodi nakh badhu todi nakh" Translation - "your father owns a glass shop, break, break everything"
ReplyDeleteThe last time I did something crazy? I guess for me the question should be when was the last time you did something serious :D I love crazy :D
ReplyDeleteLove that you list other blogs to visit. Very generous of you. As far as crazy, opening up your home daily to 10 children is pretty crazy, or so I'm told lol Love my job though :)
