Kiyohime

Tearing down your heart
Split wide open
With my claws deep sunken
In your blood
In your heart
I taste your blood
I taste you

Each piece that I tear
Belongs to me
Each cry that you whimper
Belongs to me
That heart and its entire lush
Belongs to me
You filled your soul
with all my might
then threw me away
and let me die

I died so I could live
I live now
So you could die
The horror of me
In your face
Is like thousand births

The trail of red
Fills the empty gut
That was left empty
When you left me
I look at the red
Splattered everywhere
Is it enough
To cover my pain
Is it enough to make me
Me again

Maybe not
But it is enough
To let you die
To let you see death
Coming close to you
Second by second
Cut by cut
Claw by claw
Sob by sob
It is enough to
Quench my thirst
Douse my fire
Soak my burns
But nothing will ever

Make me feel me again

Fire

A little flicker of hope
A huge flame of desire
When I ask self
If I will make it
It always answers back
In affirmative

I carry the hope
Deep in my heart
I bury it
and put the lid
It is better hidden
The flame of forbidden
Path that I will take
Road that I will cross
To fuel the spark
For a better tomorrow

But the light radiates
Through my eyes
Every time I see a bird fly
I open my arms
And feel the flight

I try my best
To control the urge
I try my best
To keep my surge
away from the prying eyes
But nothing shows like joy
Nothing glows like fire

File:Flame from a Burning Candle.JPG

I am sure one day
My joy will burst out of my pores
I am sure some day
My fire will burn through my eyes
And that day
It will either burn me
Or
I will burn it forever
But till then
I am happy
I am hopeful
And
I am burning

Shared with NaPoWriMo for an amazing prompt based on  Bibliomancy Oracle
The oracle gave me these lines as the prompt:
“But happiness too can be difficult to trust outdoors
Time and again without a roof it floats away”

B for Bored

Snippet Of A Day In My Life

"hit, kick and jump
roll, laugh and shout
Bored never"

Day 2 B
I am never bored, really never. There are too many things, activities, games, laughs, cries and tears to keep me occupied. There are days when I really miss being bored and there are days when I pray that my day becomes a little dull..a little quiet but overall I love the buzz and excitement of my days.

What about you? How is your day generally? What was the most exciting thing you did in last few days?

Day 2 of AtoZ Challenge and I am a little more relaxed already. I explored a lot of blogs on Day 1 and am so amazed by the creativity and uniqueness of expression. Here are few blogs that I really loved, do check them out if you haven't already:

Taj

Spotless beaming with pride
A symbol of undying love
As white as purity
As pure as white
The silence echoes the song of love
The beauty reflects the beauty of loved

Each corner each wall
Has a story
Of an unsaid touch

The white absorbs
the heat and warmth
of bodies and soul
united at core
united in love

Each rise each fall
Has a tale
Of numerous nights
numerous lives
spent in a moment
spent in a night

Each step each pillar
is red in love
yet white and bright
Living a borrowed life
Of love and loved
Forever
United in life
United in death
